After six months of inactivity I've finally got around to getting latex2html to work again and I've made some minor changes. Most of the changes have been cosmetic. Since there has been a lot of changes to the Japanese on Linux world in the last six months, I'll try and update the information this document soon.

The Adobe Acrobat reader for Linux, Macintosh, and Windows can be used to read the PDF file. GNU Zip is also available for non-Linux machines. Note that gzip is not the same format as pkzip or zip. Also, if you have a non-UNIX or non-Linux machine, the filenames may not come out and you may have to rename the file after you download it. The best solution for non-Linux users is to repartion your hard disk and install Linux. You should then be able to download the file and open it with gzip -d.
